‘Thanksgiving wouldn’t look real without stuffed turkey, so here is my version of the traditional holiday chef-d’œuvre. Happy Thanksgiving, Beautiful People!
In 1863, President Abraham Lincoln issued an historic document that started with the following words:
The year that is drawing towards its close, has been filled with the blessings of fruitful fields and healthful skies.
The Proclamation continues:

If we ever don’t have the whole family around, but just a couple of us, i’ll give this a try. It sounds so much better than dealing with that whole big bird that i have to do each year.

Certainly, dear Mimi. When we had the whole family at the table, I also did the big bird, but sadly, we have been losing family members throughout the years.

I want the turkey leftovers, but if I didn’t, this would be a great option. Also, if it isn’t Thanksgiving, but you are just craving turkey! Happy Thanksgiving, Dolly!

We are not crazy about turkey, so once a year is enough for us, but we do enjoy the holiday, dear Linda. Happy Thanksgiving!
