This is a guest post I did for the terrific and extremely informative https://renardsworld.wordpress.com. Enjoy, Beautiful People! I have been told that the clip with Maria Callas is not available for viewing in some countries. Not to worry – here is another spectacular soprano, Anna Netrebko: https://youtu.be/dMJ9KdPGs0Q
I also love broccoli salad!

How we love our broccoli! And yes, the stems are great, no way i’m throwing away that much nutrition and money by not eating them.

I do hope that broccoli was not engineered .. would be a warring omen to all broccoli makings. Yours look delicious!

Oh, but originally it really was engineered by ancient Etruscan agronomists, It was 3,000 years ago, so don’t worry, darling!
Thank you for you kind comment!

Agricultural breeding by agronomists thousands of years ago may not have been as harsh as today’s agricultural cloning or engineering.
