Pumpkin Boats

Since https://foodimentary.com/october-holidays informs me that today is a National Pumpkin Day, I am repeating one of our favorite pumpkin recipes. Enjoy, Beautiful People!

Every day, around five in the afternoon, there is a traffic jam on the bridge (AKA causeway) connecting Miami Beach to the mainland. Locals are used to it, we explain to worried guests, nothing alarming is happening, it’s only the boats.

    1. Thank you, Melinda! You know that we lost our boat to Irma last year, but we have a rubber dinghy that will, eventually, grow into a real boat.
