Alisia’s Quinoa Salad

Although I am nowhere as clever as supremely talented Judy of Life Lessons whodeftly and skillfully weaved all prompts of the day into one delightful poem (https://judydykstrabrown.com/2018/06/17/bloggers-lament/), I am attempting to marry the International Picnic Day (https://foodimentary.com/) to today’s word prompt STELLAR (https://ragtagcommunity.wordpress.com/2018/06/18/rdp-18-stellar/). Througout my ordeal dealing with my father’s illness and subsequent demise, my son has been stellar in his support. It is in his honor that I am repeating this post. Enjoy, Beautiful People!

Among all the recipes that I have posted so far, I consider this one priceless; it’s my granddaughter’s creation! I am repeating it in response to Daily Word Prompt PRICELESS. https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/priceless/

We have been using a lot of quinoa lately.
My youngest is visiting. In fact, she wrote a guest post about the benefits of plant-based diets.
