It’s getting hot out there! As we are getting close to the South Beach Mango Festival (www.sobemangofest.com), here is a lovely refreshing mango recipe for you, Beautiful People – enjoy!
This 4 ingredients Slushie is one good way to cool off the heat of summer. It’s all fresh, natural and refreshing.
Im loving this lovely summer weather for so many reasons and of them is this toothy fruity Slushie or smoothie if you are more familiar with that. It’s so goo and so easy to make that it’s getting telly dangerous for me getting close to this drink. I recently discovered that this smoothie not only kept me cool and refreshed, it also gave me the energy when I go for a run. For one, it kept me hydrated and at the same time it gave me energy from mango and strawberry. It’s like eating fresh fruits but in liquid form. This smoothie is single serve but feel free to double or even triple it. This is not a strict recipe, you can totally adjust it to your preference especially…

You may not see it on your end, but there’s an incongruent shrimp and sausage photo which appears above the thumbnails of the smoothie photos (from the reblogged site, I presume).

I do not see it – you’re right! – and I thank you for pointing it out. At this time, thought, I don’t want to take the reblog down, and anyway, there are all kinds of perfectly kosher fake shrimp and sausage varieties, so I will just assume the best, rather than the worst.

That’s okay; you don’t have to. Tail-on, peeled and deveined, cooked, and ready-to-eat shrimp — with sausage, though.

I believe you, Rachel! Every Jewish store nowadays sells both fake shrimp and fake sausage, so we are in good shape!

I re-checked. It’s on the reblogged-from website (it’s a YouTube video of a shrimp and sausage recipe), and shows up as a static photo above the four smoothie thumbnail-photos, in the version of your post that arrives in one’s email inbox — which is how I saw it. I deleted it already.

That one’s real. But, yes… there are plenty of “fake” (and Kosher) substitutions for non-Kosher, for sure. Thanks, Dolly!

I am sure you not missing anything by being the adorable YOU that you are! I am not one of the organizers of this event, but some friends are, so I am only trying to help. It will be a block away from my house, so we’ll be there to support friends.

How wonderfully convenient! A friend just brought me over some fresh mangos a few days ago….fresh off the tree…so yummy, great for heath shakes.
