One that has a healthy immune system and that doesn’t mean eating foods that taste like cardboard and it doesn’t mean never ever letting that piece of cake or chocolate ever past your lips again it means learning what food you need to be healthy and knowing that you can have the occasional treat …

    Thank you for the reblog Dolly..I am sure everyone will love your tofu recipes..I may even buy some tofu and try the recipe and that will be a first for me but I trust your recipe to be super tasty 🙂 x

    1. As long as you make sure you drain it well, it’ll be delicious, I promise! Tofu has no taste of its own, which is an advantage, as it takes on any flavors you use with it.

        I will remember that, Dolly …I knew it had no taste and very vagely trying someones many years ago and all I could taste was salt..Not nice so it put me off for life..but maybe not now???

    I guess live and eat in moderation. Honestly, everything has sugar in it. Fruits etc although au naturale is still sugar. Enjoy a little, eat a little so life is a bit more fun.

  4. Thanks for the informative post, Dolly and yes chocolates are not very good it can lead to weight gain with lots of sugars and fruits r good to eat.
