Oh, now I want a muffin. I mean I really want a muffin, but it is 10:30 PM and I wouldn’t make them from scratch even if I had the ingredients and pans, so I’ll eat muffins in my dreams.

Congratulations will wait til tomorrow …. today I have to seek out muffins on your good advice and I know just the place. We have a lovely lovely English girl in Grenoble who came here 15 years ago to learn pâtisserie which she did by working in a shop. Armed with all that knowledge and expertise, what did she do? She decided to open a non-French tea rooms. Her muffins are extraordinary and I owe her a visit so today will be that day – thanks Dolly!
