Top 10 Unhealthy Health Foods – Things Worth Sharing

Dear Beautiful People, I thought this post from 2 Weeks to Health was important to share with you. If you find it helpful, you might want to visit their site; it is a great source of information.

2 Weeks to Health

The WatchMojo YouTube channel hits the nail on the head in this video. You might be surprised how unhealthy some of your “healthy” foods really are!

‘Things Worth Sharing’ is the portion of the website where I share interesting and useful health and fitness articles not written by 2 Weeks to Health. Nothing is advertised, everything is awesome.

  4. I was already aware of the things on this list – but thanks for the reminders. Fun video.

I wish they’d included the evils of aspartame as another reason to avoid diet soda. It’s neurotoxic, and effects domino. I had a student who had gone through all kinds of nonsense as the result of aspartame poisoning (mimics other diseases & disorders – many serious), so I began researching after hearing her story. I was stunned! (btw- Diet Rite is the ONLY soft drink I have found that is NOT sweetened with aspartame).

One doctor (who was initially a big-time aspartame proponent) was asked by other doctors to read the research that they sent her. She switched teams immediately, and this was her conclusion: “Since that day, I have not had so much as a single stick of aspartame sweetened gum.”

Some day I hope to be able to dedicate the time to “cliff note” what I discovered, tho’ it will still take a multi-part article. (Class action suit still pending, btw) When you take the time to drill down, much on the i-net saying “it’s fine in moderation” is from people who sell products sweetened with the stuff – it even goes by different names now in products that don’t want to see sales take a hit). The FDA collusion will turn your hair white.
