Please welcome another wonderful blogger who just came through the door with a delicious apple pie. Here is Silvia The Happiest Pixel, and the party is still in full swing!
Hey pixels, apples are better on Fall, aren’t they? For this reason, I’ve made one of my favorites (and easier) apple recipes: this pie.
It’s easy to make and it’s great for a breakfast, a brunch, or even as a dessert. If you bring one to a party or a picnic, it’ll disapear, I promise. I love it because it makes you look as a good cook when it can be made with almost no effort. The worst part is to peel the apples, then all the hard work is finished, really.
I use a kind of red apples because they are sweeter, but you can use the kind of apples you prefer.
Trust me, my pixels, give this recipe a chance and you won’t be disappointed. 🙂
- 1200 g red apples
- 15 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass sugar (the glass I use is about 260ml)
